From our Family to Yours
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we three sisters decided to attempt baking a favorite family dessert-cheesecake! With several dietary restrictions to manage in the family, our challenge was to create something that wouldn’t spike blood sugars and tasted as close to “the real thing” as possible.
We received an overwhelming response from friends and family who couldn't believe how delicious desserts could be with no added sugar! That's when we began to dream about what we could achieve with our little but mighty recipes.
So we got to work researching the best sugar alternatives, sourcing quality ingredients, branding, and so much more!
One year later, we're still so happy to come together and bake treats that give those with dietary restrictions delicious, gourmet options. We've always believed that enjoying your favorite dessert alternatives shouldn’t be a hassle so our vision is simple, we strive to make better-for-you desserts a convenient choice.

HELENA
Logistics specialist & photographer by day, brand manager by night. Helena's the eldest sister who loves lifestyle photography, coffee, traveling & creating content. She manages customer service & social media.
Penn State graduate with a BS in Business Administration
HARONI
The middle sister who enjoys business strategy, baking & operations. She loves to scout around town for the best cafés with great coffee & aesthetics.
George Mason University graduate with a BS in Information Systems & Operations Management + a Minor in Public Health
LEAH
Full-time college student & baker, Leah's the little sister of the trio who's dreamt of opening her own bakery since childhood. When she's not baking she loves enjoying the outdoors!
